This exquisite brooch (hook to reverse for wear as a pendant), crafted in 15ct gold, is a true heirloom piece, showcasing the artistry and craftsmanship of its era. The centrepiece features a beautiful claw set amethyst, all claws intact except for one and this is only noticeable under magnification. The amethyst itself is in incredible condition for its age showing barely any wear to the stone itself. The seed pearls set in the 15ct gold are all intact in beautiful condition. There is a Keshi pearl end drop which gives some lovely movement to this piece.
